Yesterday I changed my 2 plans...One renewed properly and the other didn't...Say when I look at make a payment it says I have $12 available and it says I don't owe anything but it sayd my plan id expire and my phone is not working...
Both plans are on auto pay and I have comfirmed that the credit card is the same on both accounts...I don't understand why one would renew but one wouldn't...Can someone help me with this problem?
