@IvyGrant are you porting into PM or porting out?
If you are porting out, login My Account and get the account number on the Profile page. And remember , your account has to be active for the number to be ported out
If you are porting into PM and has to provide PM the old account number, you can private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
