Why is my phone not working .it says no service

@Tina111  So it suddenly stop working at might night?  

Are you able to log into the self serve portal at all?

@Tina111 unfortunately it's now outside of moderator coverage hours, but they are back in starting at 9AM eastern time tomorrow morning.  If you haven't already, please send them a private message using this link, explaining the situation.

Ok i have sufficient funds for the 47 $plan but it says it will be renewed on august 31. And my service 8s not working now please help!!!!

In your message please include:
