Hey guys!
Would it be possible for a staffer from PM to send a test message to this number please?
Nobody else is in the house right now, and I can't get a hold of them either. I have the suspicion I'm having the same issues I did a couple weeks ago in terms of calls and texts.
If not no worries, I'll send tech support an email, just figured this may be easier rather than opening another ticket.

Hi,
I need help to reset my account. I am locked out and cant remember my security questions. I thought I saved them but I did not. I have been trying to get help for WEEKS. Can someone please help me?

Actually just spoke to my wife, so all is good seems like. I guess I'm just over reacting. lol I had weird issues with my service a couple weeks back. Now, when my phone goes quiet I get suspicious I guess.
