I’m trying to get my old number back but I can’t because I lost my cell phone and my email was linked to my public mobile number and I need a code to get into my public mobile app also the same as my email what do I do ? Is there a way I can show my identification to get into my public mobile I have no way of getting into my gmail because I forgot my user name too Is there away to show that my bank card was on my account to prove to get back in and get back into my public mobile account?? Please help

If you lost your number or your service is not active for more than 90 days, or if you don’t pay for your service for more than 90 days, you may not be able to get your number back

if you know the voicemail pin, you can ask the code by Send voice message.

if you don't even know that, then you have to ask PM support to help to login back to your account.  You can engage them by direct message
