I'm on the step of entering my number to be transferred.
In the screen shot below I have removed my personal information from the text fields.
I put in my Wind Mobile account number at the top field,
the "alternate number" to best of my knowledge (my wife's cell number)
And my full name in the Authorization name field.
It won't let me through.

@atkwai it's something about the order you click the authorization confirmation box. Try clicking it first, then fill out the information. I saw that workaround mentioned in the forums today.

The alernate phone number can be any number. It is just a phone number for Public Mobile to contact you at should they need to phone you to talk about the port request.
As for the error message, I think that it could be a website glitch and it might work if you try later.
