Having problems connecting to the network

  • Just had my battery changed in the phone I promise connected to the network or any network how to get on Wi-Fi it seems to be working at the moment but it was spotty in and out in and out as public mobile doing any upgrades or servicing on a network

Hello @Eagle_eye 

It depends on your phone. Public Mobile/Telus are slowly phasing out 3G in Canada. Once again, depending on the phone you're using, you may wish to confirm it works with the Public Mobile network. Enter the IMEI number at the bottom of the page.

If you have your Public Mobile SIM card in the phone, you can try going into settings and reset your Network Settings and then reboot. 

You should also confirm your account is paid up by logging into your account.

If you still need help, create a ticket with a CS Agent to assist you.
