Hi friends,
I'm just wondering if anyone is having any problems with incoming calls going directly to Voice-mail? Anyone has any idea of how to fix it? It is not happening with every call only with one's coming from outside the province and I just started having this problem today. I thank you for your help and time.

@anabod - can you try to restart your phone, or perform a reset of the network settings.
Also, try your SIM into another phone, see if services work...then re-insert the SIM into your own phone. Did that help retrigger your account?
If issues persist after this and maybe other suggestions, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

@anabod Was it just one particular person from outside the province has this issue?
Try changing the Preferred network to 3G Only / WCDMA Only and see if that helps
It could be just temporary and you can try changing it back next week
(and yes, seems like there have bene quiet some weird network issue here and there, many posts about that)

@anabod hi try taking out your sim turn off phone for a minute than put it back in and reboot
