Have not received sim card

Ordered SIM card on April 27, 2023, and haven’t received it yet. Order 341796.

ordering sim from PM could take 3 weeks.  It is only 2 weeks, your card should come next week

 

If you need it quick, you can buy from local Telus or Koodo corporate store , then open a ticket with PM and ask them to pay you back

It seems like an issue with PM shipping out SIM cards but members have indicated they got their SIM in 3 weeks. There was a lot of similar issues.

I would suggest you Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them to see if it has been shipped out.

If you are in a rush, you can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store or order one online at Canadian Cell Supplies for $5.

it can take up to three weeks to receive Sim cards from public mobile.

 

If you need one very badly, try a corporate TELUS, Koodo or mobile klinic location.

 

if you want confirmation that they fulfilled the order and sent it to Canada post, contact a Customer Support Agent.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 

  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
