Sorry to hear about your troubles. Public mobile customer service is all online. This helps lower the costs of the plans.
Most of the community members on this forum are customers like yourself. We can provide advice, which often solves many customer issues. If you need actual account help. you will need to contact customer service agent (CSA) by submitting a ticket. Usually takes a few hours for CSA to respond to ticket.
