I'm trying to activate my phone service. I think the sim card is active. Payment was taken from me. Received email from my previous provider to confirm transfer number. But still not active on Public Mobile. How can I speak to someone to comfirm what needs to be done?

@flighteye , even though your number port may still be in progress, the Public Mobile service should work right away on a temporary number. Are you able to use any of talk, text or data? Is the phone not able to connect to the Public Mobile network? For some brands such as LG, you need to perform a network reset to ensure proper connection.

@flighteye For how long it was like that? Usually, transfers take up to 48 hours to complete.
