I just joined Public Mobile and wanted the following plan: $34 for 50GB at 5G Speed, with unlimited data at reduced speed past 50GB.
But I made a mistake... and got the following plan: $29 for 20GB at 4G Speed. I really wanted the first plan and not this one, is there a way I can fix that? Or is it too late?
Here is the plan I wanted:

Great feedback, @jadmroue92
did they agreed to do it on the next renewal or did they require an immediate plan change?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! I contacted CS_Agent and they changed my plan within 40 minutes. 😁

It's highly unlikely the customer support agents will move you to the 50 GB $34 plan.
But there's always hope.

If you are a new member and made the mistake on the wrong plan. Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging at:

If you are an existing member, this plan is only for new members.

@jadmroue92: First you can login to your account and go to the subscriptions section and see if you can change the plan to that one. If you just joined recently and both plans are still offered you can do this by logging into your account. But make when you change there's two options, you can change at the next renewal date or you can change right now. If you change right now the new plan cost will be charge at that moment whereas if you change on renewal the new plan will be applied on the renewal date (which saves some money).
If that's not successful you can direct message a service agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 for help. 🙂
