I mistakenly purchased two Public Mobile gift cards at Walmart, thinking they were Home Depot gift cards (didn't have my reading glasses with me). I realized my mistake right after paying for them, but Walmart claimed they couldn't give me a refund.
I'm not a Public Mobile customer and don't know anyone who is and I don't want to become one either. I just want a refund.
I've tried using the Chatbot and got nowhere and I can't submit a ticket because I don't have an account.
Does anyone know what I can do?

@ihughes , man, that really taught us all a lesson. Always wear our glasses before buying a gift card. I did the same thing, I was about to buy an Amazon gift card online and just about to hit submit payment until I realized it was for .com and NOT .ca! I can't use .com gift cards with .ca. Although I never tried, I didn't want to take a chance.
The only issue you may find is that people, may NOT want to buy it either because they don't know if the gift cards are used up or full. Do keep the receipt that was part of the gift cards as there is quite possible some numbers that may be part of the vouchers. I bought vouchers 3 years ago, and my memory is bad, so I could be wrong. But, it will also show the buyer, that you did buy it.
If you can find someone who is trustworthy, you may be able to work something out!
I wish you good luck and a safe transaction with the buyer.

@ihughes I doubt PM will be able to do anything in this case as the transaction was dealt with Walmart. If they cannot exchange or refund, mostly likely PM won't be able to do anything. Your best option is to sell it on Craiglist/Kijiji/Facebook. Be careful through to not provide the voucher code before you get paid.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

You are probably out of luck. Public mobile vouchers are generally non refundable. Actually most gift cards in general are non refundable. Maybe try selling on Kijiji at a discount.
