We set up an account but didn't check off all the appropriate boxes.Now we've gone back in and added our data and text and calls but it says the plan won't change for 30 days. How can we expedite this process and get our plan changed immediately so we can use our phone??!!

Send a private message to @CS_Agent and provide your public mobile phone number and explain what you need done.
Normally, if you want plan changed in selfserve, you can choose the option to change immediately and lose the money you paid for the first plan. Thats how the prepaid system is set up. However, as a new customer, the mods may be able to take care of you and get you startted on the right plan.
