Please resolve ASAP.
My credit card declined. So I added funds to my account. The funds are available but my account is still suspended.

This happened to my wife earlier this month as well.
PS: I've already private message the Moderator Team but no response.
Please help!

Now this is funny...... my account is suspended aka no possible usage.
BUT i still used data??? How is this possible?
