I have the plan where the 3rd month if free. Does that mean every 3 months or just the first one.

It wasn't for a free month, but rather for a free 30 days of service. It's an offer that was only made to new customers.

You will have to wait until your 2nd month renewal and there should be a one time credit for the 3rd month bill in your account.

BTW I don't even know if the first 3rd month is going to be free or not, I still have half a month left until my 3rd month.
