can you please help me login I need to recharge my account and use it, I am getting the error below when I tried to do forgot password, login

@shivaambi you usually get that message when your account has been cancelled. Has it been dormant for more than 90 days? If it hasn't been 90 days, did you port your number? You have to start over.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you need to make a payment right away then you can purchase a voucher and call 611 or use recharge.com or ding.com.
