follow-up...if you ordered his sim from Public Mobile, it could take several weeks for delivery due to on-going Canada Post labour issues. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area, call them as they have the PM sims. Alternative is to get one coming from Amazon for $5 with fast / free shipping if you (or someone you know) has an Amazon Prime account. They usually get you a sim within days rather than weeks.
