Hi,
I forgot my account password and when I try the “Forgot password?” option, it doesn’t even show me my secret question to answer. Please help me.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Waiting an hour then try logging in again.

Does it give you an error? Does it not proceed after the e-mail verification step? What happens when you input your e-mail address twice?
