Forgot password link not working

I forgot my password for my account and forgot password link is not working. I tried it by 5 days. Please help me. i also did a private message

It's hard to say.  In recent days their workload was much higher than usual due to widespread renewal issues.  I believe the problem has been dealt with, but there might be some backlog.  All messages are processed on a first come first serve basis.
