Forgot password is not working

Hi,

 

I click on forgot password and after I enter the email address I am getting this error:

"Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."

 

and this is the second time I am sending a request for help.

The password reset features is still WORKING fine. I just tested on Hotmail and Gmail. Received the reset link within a few mins after requesting. 

 

@fastwebserver It seems like your email is not associated with your self-serve account. Did you activated the sim online or at the store? If you did it at the store, you must create account first. If you activated yourself online, then check all your emails and see which one received the welcome email on the day you activated. 

Alternativey, you can reach out to the mod team by creating a ticket and they can reset it using your phone number as an account verfication. To create a ticket, start a conversation with Simon (chat bot) by clicking HERE to submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.

The password reset hasn't been working that well lately anyway. It would take almost as long to send the email as it did for the code to expire. 

 

It might be better to contact @CS_Agent to get your password reset.

 

What are you looking to do right now? Can it be done on 611?

Were you every able to access self serve before with that email?
