I just tried the Forgot your password? link and I received my email within 1 minute.
I am using Chrome browser version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my Windows 10.
Clean your browser cache, start your browser in private or incognito mode and try the forgot password link again.

@Tmagnaye Have you checked your junk folder too?
Otherwise try submitting a ticket to CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Then check for their response in your community inbox top right of this screen.
