@Kibowa   did you entered it multiple time and got it locked?  Did you get a prompt asking for “PIN unlock key (PUK)” ?  If so, PM Customer support can provide code.  Simple use the Chatbot to open ticket with PM:

Type:  Unlock a phone
Click "Sim card PUK"
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right)  CS Agent will communicate with you there
