Hello,
I used my email to sign up for the recent Public Mobile promo to get 1 month free. I used that same email to create the account and activate a SIM card today. I don't see the promo on my Account profile. Would a mod be able to confirm whether I have it? I believe the last day to activate was September 11. Thanks!

Hi @dentonqn you should have received a confirmation message saying "that the email address you’ve submitted is now eligible for the offer." If you got that confirmation, you will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days, which credits will count towards your next plan renewal. Enjoy your savings!
