Hi Team,
I use public mobile but forget the login Email. When I clicked forget the Email and input my phone number, it shows login failed. I also try to click forget the password and input my phone number. I get the same result.
I join the public mobile on Sep,2024. My phone number is 647-xxx-xxxx.

have the same issue cant log in the account, cant change email very finicky plus answers on help pages not valid anymore

Then you may need to directly private message CSA:

Thanks. I just tried click forget email option using differnet browser. I get same result--"Login failure"

You should have received a PM activation email when you first signed up. Maybe check your various email accounts for that email.
If not, this website is finicky. Try the forgot email option, but first clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.
