Hello Mary, @Mary_M
I'm having issues with my port from Fido. I went through all the steps to sign-up and at the very end it encountered an error and to contact an admin.
My phone is still active on the Fido network.
I believe the issue is that I used my IEMI to port instead of using my Fido account number.
My CC has been billed and I got a welcome message. I can't seem to login to the self serve account though however.
Thanks!

I will be porting over 2 FIDO numbers soon (when my SIM cards come in). I'm doing this for my parents. I hope there will be no issues porting from FIDO. I've had positive experience porting from Rogers already.
Good luck and hope Mary can resolve your issue.

Yes that was the right thing to do to contact mary_m. She will manually finish the port for you. Welcome to Public Mobile 🙂
