I'm a new PM customer and didn't find this info posted when I was looking for help enabling the data on my iphone.
Here is the website I used to download an APN profile:
Change your APN without breaking your iPhone (unlockit.co.nz)
This website enables data on your iPhone.
To use it visit http://www.unlockit.co.nz from your iPhone and follow the instructions on the screen.

In general, except for older iPhones, iPhone customers do not need to adjust APN settings. It is automatic. For iPhones 4 (and earlier), you will need to manually adjust APN as described above.
