I purchased an eSIM card for my son and it didn’t go on his phone I’ve tried the QR code and still nothing. I have the phone number but when I called it, it someone else’s number.

Just curious if you download the PM app on your son’s phone and created a new account with his email address and made the eSIM purchase in his account?
If you didn’t then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the purchase.
