I just signed up to public mobile. During the the sign up phase I verified that my Samsung S20 would be compatible with an Esim. Once I downloaded the app it tells me it Is not compatible. Any avenue I have tried to get help do not work. Please help me.

@EicookerSo I have same phone. I never looked into it, as I'm not interested in esim, but I was under the impression that this phone was not esim compatible?
If that is the case, you would need to purchase a physical SIM card. From the public mobile app, go to Account section and there should be an option to purchase sim card. Or you can call a local Telus/Koodo store to see if they have. Others have also used Amazon.
