I deleted my eSIM by mistake and cannot receive the verification code.
I need to reset EverSafe verification to install a new eSIM.

try click Didn't Receive code or Resend Code and check if you see the option Send email or Send Voice Message to get the code
if you cannot get the code that way, ask PM agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
