Esim problems

Esim not compatible says to got support to get refund. However can't login for support.

no it is not.  It is in fact for everyone now, including existing customers

what phone do you have?  the message might actually a false negative.  I might be just the esim wasn't setup properly on the phone.  Can you check the sim manager on the phone , check if a Public Mobile esim is there.  

But if  it really not there, you can work with agent to switch to a physical sim if you like, or ask for refund

please submit a ticket with CS Agent here using Chatbot..  Just click on the Orange bubble on the lower right to start.  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
