Esim not working

My husbands esim quit working, and can't long into his account without the verification code sent through text. What can we do to get it working again? He's tried everything in the faq

Existing sim, he's has it for a few months now. I sent cs a message after I posted here. He's checked all settings and reset network and still nothing

new activation or existing?

make sure remove other physical sim and disable other eSIM.  Check if PM eSIM is the only one there and enabled

Then Reset network settings

if same, message PM support agent for help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
