Is there a service outage around lumby, British Columbia right now. I cannot connect to the network.

I'm over here in the West Koots and service is fine. Last evening around 7:30 I called my friend in Lumby (he doesn't know who his cell provider is, he's a senior in an assisted living setting in Lumby)...his service seems to be fine. whoever they are.
Have you tried rebooting your cellphone ? You could try enabling Airplane Mode...then disable it...that might get it going for you. If it's still not working and you're certain that your account hasn't been Suspended due to non pay, click the orange chatbot bubble on lower right side of page to start process of contacting Customer Support. They can see if your account should be working still or not. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Hey thx for the reply. It's still down for me. The outage is everywhere, but it seems it's not affecting everyone and just certain people. It hasn't been working for me since 6:30 pm here in BC Pacific time. Any suggestions? My esim has worked for over a year and suddenly today I have no service.
