I was able to solve my issue since public mobile did not reply at this point since it was a system issue I am seeking refund on my account for the esim charge

@Moesad Support wait time are terrible this past weekend worse then I’ve ever saw before . Public mobile had messy roll out of the 50% off plans and response times are severely delayed , they will get back to you eventually, but your also always free to submit another ticket
