Esim error

I'm trying to transfer my Sim to public mobiles, I'm in last step step 6, it showing error as esim not installed,  can you please consider this issue?

hi @Jaimon34 if you meant support agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

hi @Jaimon34 some have success to reboot the phone and relogin to complete the activation 

also, check if the PM eSIM was already installed on your phone.  if you see it there, enable it and try
