Esim Replacement

My son was playing with my phone is there any way of retrieving the esim or so I have to buy new

You will have to buy a new eSIM but you should be credited if you are charged as long as you had eSIM before. If you are not credited you can submit a ticket to CS_agent.

@James161722   Esim replacement is free if you already  had one.  Just log in to your account and purchase a new one.
