It appears that your Error code 821 is about activating a SIM with Public Mobile... RosieR gives a good suggestion on clearing your cache/etc and retrying after an hour.

 

If that doesn't work, all support is online-only, either through this Community forum or via Moderator.  A fellow users, if we can help you in the Community here, please provide us with more details on what you're trying to do before getting that error.  Otherwise, Moderators are always around and happy to help!

Hi @igorbenz if you made many mistakes during activation, then you get lockout.  Wait an hour before you try again.  Log off.  Delete your browsing history and cache before you try again.  Reboot.
