I am transferring my number to PM but getting an error online in step 2. Tried twice but getting the same error:
Please help me in this so that I can transfer the number.

The credits should appear within 72 hours (assuming you are eligible).

Yes, porting your number is easy from the self-serve account. So pick a new number for now and port in later once everything is up and running.

@Pallav13 If this is a brand new account suggest you activate with a temp number first. Port-in once you know the account is functioning properly. aka BE PREPARED

Well, this is happening after writing all the information about the current number in step#2 and after some time, the error comes so not sure if it's related to cache.
