Hello,
I am trying to activate a new sim card I received in the mail today. When I tried doing it online, and I click on "Resume Activation", I get the follow error message
WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
How do I activate my sim card?

you need to complete the activation using the Public Mobile app and not the browser
so, if you were only using the app, please download the app and resume from there
if you still unable to complete the activation, please please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
