Error Code XXX won't let me subscribe/sign up.

When I go t publicmobile.ca and click on shop and select a plan then go to checkout: I sign in. Then it sends me a code which I enter. Then it redirects me to a page https://subscribe.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/activation/error-splash

We encountered an error processing your request.

This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

Please help me, this is very frustrating.

Try clearing your browser cache cookies and history. Try again. Sometimes it's a cache issue.

You can only subscribe and activate your SIM on the PM app. The online and app are used for login.

So download the PM app.
