I opened a ticket because I am trying to join public mobile. I received an error code 821 and was charged for my plan, but it is not activated. I am trying to bring my number over from Koodo. It has been almost 48 hours since I opened a ticket. Please help, thank you!

If you were charged, do not attempt to activate again. If more than 48 hours, you should submit another ticket for customer service agent help.

Are you are using your IMEI number instead of your account number from Koodo?
Try again using your Koodo account number, and if possible, from a desktop or laptop.

Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
