Enhance usage history's timestamp request

as above sample, I can't be told it's pm or am, and what timezone is.

It should show the time which the timezone I am in.

Community Forum Account. You can change time zone.

 

Self serve account. Cannot be changed. It is Eastern Standard Time for everyone.

thanks! it will be very helpful. 

I would suggest to append the "est" after timestamp, it should be easy from technical part, and it will be nice for users.

 ok, but it should be shown in timestamp by attaching timezone at least, otherwise, it's so confused.
