I’m in the states.  I bought an add on of talk and text and data for 10 days.  I ran out of data and thought I bought more data but think it wasn’t for US but just for my AB account.

now, still in US and no data and talk and text not working.  Ten days aren’t up yet.

frustrating!

Click on plan details and tell us what you have shown. Maybe images of that and also your overview page. Don't show any identifiable information.

The support people can add and remove add-ons however they like whenever they like.

The 10 days are actually 240 hours. Functions will stop at exactly 240 hours. You either bought another talk part or the 240 hours are up.

Manually select either of AT&T or T-Mobile...to see if one or the other will work for you.

Contact CSA and request they take the incorrect add-on purchased and apply the payment toward the US Roaming add on you wish to get.

 

(EDIT:   they may need to apply a different US Roaming add-on as opposed to renewing the current one that you are still within the 10 days -- perhaps a stand-alone US Roaming data add-on)

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
