Hello,
I'm having difficulties paying my bill, because the email address that is associated with my phone number was entered incorrectly at the store level last month when I activated this line. Can someone please help reset the email address so I can pay the bill online and in time.

go to your private message and type CS_Agent

please open ticket with CS agent, they will validate and update the email for you:

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
