I ran out of my mobile data and was wondering if it possible to renewal my subription earlier. Could you help me with that?

You will need to purchase data add-on by login to your account on the PM app or website under Subscription>Shop Add-ons.

You need to ask PM to help with that. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
