I got two phones and the e sim ended up going to the other so I deleted the e sim on phone 1 and now on the app it’s saying e sim not installed and then I tried to install on phone 2 but it’s asking for a QR code so I neeed help on how to install e sim on phone 2.

Did you use a different email address for each account/phone?

Login to each account and purchase eSIM on that phone.

You shouldn't delete the eSIM in the wrong phone , you need it to get the 2FA code to install back on the correct phone 

Now, you need to open ticket and ask PM to help.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
