Too blurry?

Try moving the camera slowly closer or further away until it self-adjusts for sharpness.

Depending on your device model, there may also be manual adjustments for zoom/close up which you can put in effect to allow a proper capture.

to install eSIM best is use the QR code you got from the Welcome email

Understand you mentioned about your camera is blurry, try to open the QR code on a computer, enlarge it and try scan again
