E-SIM Transfer

Hi there, my son got a new phone. How can he transfer his e-sim card from his old phone to his new phone. He’s transferred everything from his old iPhone to his new one, but not able to do it with his e-sim.

Hello @Fangfang555 You cannot transfer e Sims. He must download the public mobile app and purchase a new esim.

Subscription and Add-ONS.  Purchase esim.
