Duplicate billing

I had problems setting up my account initially. Now, checking my credit card, I see that there are four $0 transactions to public mobile, and two full payments. It seems that four of my attempts failed (the $0 paid), but two didn't, although I wasn't aware of the latter. So now my credit card has been billed twice. I've tried contacting one of the moderators, who had helped me out with my first registration issues, but I have heard nothing back. Any suggestions?

I got the charge from your billing center for 135.60 on June 25 which suppose being charge on  july 29 with 120

 could you qualify the mistake for me,Thank you!

It sounds like you hit a bit of a snag with the self-serve portal. You'll need the help of a moderator to get your account sorted out, and get those extra charges refunded.

 

Did you port your number during activation?

Do you have service?

Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following info:
- account number
- phone number
- sim card number (if you have it)

- PIN number (if you have it)
- a brief description of what has happened

- previous account number if you ported

…and they will be able to look into it for you.
