I was doubled billed this month and need a refund how do I go about getting that arranged?

@ALombardi  They should reply with in the hour just keep an eye on your community in box for their response. While you wait also maybe check your account and se if they extra payment happens to be in your available funds . If it is just leave it there for your next renewal be best .

I guess it works just been trying to get connected to a car agent for over 5 days  and no luck or solution 

@ALombardi  Yes unfortunately there’s no live support it’s all online .just use the direct link to support and you can talk to them via private message

Not pending but I find not being able to speak to someone is challenging
